The Les Survivants 2021 cuvée from Domaine Ganevat was born from a vintage marked by frost, which deeply reduced yields and led to an unprecedented blending approach. It brings together chardonnays from the various plots of the estate, cultivated on a diversity of Jura terroirs, with the aim of preserving the expression of the vintage despite adversity.
